Monday, June 9, 2025
9:00 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Malia Steffen and Morgan Burt. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from June 2. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to sign and agree/disagree on PHD Kootenai Representative Board position. Motion to sign Short Term Lease Agreement with Nicholas T. & Jackeline Sarai Morelli. Motion to sign RFF#2 Deep Creek Boat Launch Grant #WW23-1-11-1. Claims approval. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters.
10:00 a.m.: Sheriff Stolley discussion regarding backup server and other IT needs for Sheriff’s Department.
10:30 a.m.: Prosecutor Andrakay Pluid to discuss budget requests for the next fiscal year.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion/discussion to sign revised Independent
Contractors Agreement between Boundary County and GMCO for dust abatement. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Human Resources report. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general. Executive Session 74-206(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. ACTION ITEM.
